I got 310 marks in NEET and IAM from Telangana of obc category.can I get free govt seat?!If possible would you please suggest me the college

I participated in AIQ round 1, but I didn't get seat. I also applied for Telangana state quota. Hoping that the good happens. Is there any chance for government. Free seat in ayurveda through AIQ & State counseling? ! I hope u reply as soon as possible. Thank you.
