I got 44999 rank in VITEEE what branch I can get in VIT Vellore and got AIR 172078 in JEE Mains which would the best choices available.

You can get admission in VIT campus, you can get in any of the departments except CSE, Mech, ECE, IT. And with your AIR score, it is not possible to get admission in any of the NITs, so it's better to go with VIT. -

As you have scored 44999 rank in VITEEE and 172078 in JEE Mains exam, so it totally depends on your interest that in which college you are more comfortable. If you don't have any financial problems, then you should go for VIT. Otherwise, you can get some good private colleges through JEE Mains rank. Best of luck.
