If it was so easy to know which university will give admissions then the college application process would have been so easy and better. What I mean to say is that nobody can predict this, you have to check the admission requirements, match those requirements with your profile, shortlist some universities and apply. It is upto the university by comparing your profile with other applicants and by checking if you fit into their requirements after which they will decide. You have a three years Bachelor's degree due to which not too many universities in Canada will accept you readily.
