    Join other university like LPU and amety and if you want to join IIT or government college only then you should take 1 year classes for IIT only, but take the risk only if you have confidence to crack these exams with good marks.

    There are many good colleges that accept JEE Mains score . Click on the link to see the names of the colleges- https://edudrona.com/questions/question/what-are-the-top-colleges-accepting-mains-score. Then you can check on the site of the colleges for their cutoffs.

    Go for private colleges or else take a drop then try again for JEE.
