I got 55 % in my 12th class in 2018 (CBSE) can I apply again class 12 from NIOS? Right now I am pursuing B.Tech (3rd year). .

    Not bad if you want to improve your 12th aggregate score. But first give priority to the B.Tech CGPA/ Percentage because of placements. Yours 12th marks will not matter here.
