You can get a good private universities with your marks. Try Amity University or Lovely Professional University.

As you got good answers, I would list something that will surely help to carve your thinking.
You should have good PCM score, I doubt you have less marks in JEE so you should think of private colleges which have their own set of pattern or exams for admission if you don't want to loose your valuable year. I would suggest you for UEM Kolkata and to know its admission process visit https://www.shiksha.com/university/university-of-engineering-and-management-kolkata-47398

If you are an OBC/general candidate, then with these marks, your rank will be somewhere around 2 lakhs (general rank) and you'll not get any government colleges but surely private colleges. Do sit in the counseling process, especially of Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and UP. Surely, you will get a good college.
    All the best.

If you are even SC or ST your chances are low because 12th marks are not considered for your rank determination.

You should apply for state government engineering colleges. As you can't get any central government college according to your JEE score.

You can get some private colleges and that should be fine. Don't be discouraged and work hard.

Presently, Board marks had been removed. So, the trend this year will be similar to 2012 with higher cut-offs because of counselling being different. As a whole its difficult for you to get much of central funded institutions but still you can research after having rank in your hand.
