I think, at this score, you can try private deemed universities of India. You can also try private engineering college, have chance to get admission. Few colleges give you some discount because you have 75% in 12th standard.

You aren't clear about the category you belong to. If you belong to general category, you won't be able to clear JEE Mains. You are welcome to Josaa 2018 though.

You might get some of the GFTI only, but yes if you are from reserved category then you might get some the NITs also.

You may prefer Shiksha college predictor. As we all know that in India, IITs and NITs are the top ranked colleges for engineering. But, your score is not satisfactory for any of IITs or NITs. But, this is not the end of the world. There are so many good private colleges around the country. Select and go for it. All the best.

If you are outside Chhattisgarh residential, then I would suggest you to prefer BIT Durg. It is a good college too and you can get into there.

Your JEE Main marks are very low and class 12th marks are good, but you are not eligible for NIT and MNIT, so you can take admission in a private college.

You can get any below average college in Delhi NCR like RKGIT, because you have low percentage in both.
