I got 66.2% in 12th (commerce) and 7 bands in IELTS with no less than 6 bands in any module. What options do I have to study in Canada?

You may apply for the Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree programs in SPP colleges. Since you are from commerce background, you can apply for higher studies in commerce or choose majors in accounts, finance and supply chain and logistics. See here:
