I got 66% in CBSE board and 200 marks in JEE Mains 2 paper & 130 in NATA exam. Will I get any government college?

Though you have cleared you JEE exam with such excellent numbers but your Board percentage is quite low to get admission in any government college.

Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12 marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12 or JEE or NATA. You can check the details of any of the reputed universities like VIT, Lovely, SRM, etc. All these universities have a wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Congratulations on getting good scores in both exams, but you need at least 75% in boards to get admitted to any government college. So, unfortunately you can't get admission.
