I got 66% in CBSE board and 200 marks in JEE Mains 2 paper & 130 in NATA exam. Will I get any government college?

No, you can't be able to get any government college at this score of class 12th, as the minimum criteria for getting into the government college is minimum 75% marks in boards exam.
