I got 77% in 12th & 35 score in JEE Mains. Suggest me which one to choose Amity University, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR or Chitkara, CU Chandigarh?

Though, with your marks, I suggest you go for Amity in CSE. It is a great place (only Noida campus). Though, in Bangalore, go through the rankings of Private colleges and choose from them because there the placements are very easy due to location. If you want to pursue PG, you need a good government or autonomous college or higher studies from US/UK. -
Chandigarh University with Computer Science branch is a very good option for you among all. This is among best private engineering colleges. This university provides a higher number of placements to the students either it is about in India or abroad. It does have quality education and experienced faculty as well.
