Yes, you need to apply for different universities and colleges and also try for JEE Advanced and after that, you can also get a good college.

If you got 94 marks then you can get admission in some NIT but in fields like food processing engineering or some other course of less interest, but the seat should be vacant in that college.

A score of 150 might have somewhat assured a NIT seat. But, with this score, it's a tough task.
    Good luck.

Try your luck with NITs, IIITs etc.
Search internet for top engineering colleges of your state.
Some colleges accept JEE Mains as an eligibility so that you can find a satisfactory college.
Better, try your luck in JEE Advanced anyway.
    Good luck.

Yes, you will definitely get a good private college but not NIT and IIT because since 2017, 12th weight-age in JEE ranking has been removed. NIT and IIT are purely in-taking undergraduates based only on their Mains marks. So, you have to score above 200 in order to get top NIT.
    All the best.

Yes. You are eligible for government or good private colleges. But I think, it's not sufficient for NIT or IIT.
