You are able to get NIT. It depends on your branch. Your branch will decide. If you take biotech, surely you will get a better NIT. You can change your branch in the college. Branch change is basically based on CGPA. I think if you think you can maintain good CGPA, then you should take biotech like branch in a good NIT.

Honestly, you will be able to get in a good college apart from NIT in usual circumstances and can even get in NIT in certain circumstance depending on your rank and other marks.

If you belong to SC, ST or OBC category, you can get good colleges but if you are a general category candidate then you can get a good private college.

I would suggest you to apply in private colleges, as these marks won't lend you admissions in any of the NITs. Often, Rank above 50k is for the students to just assure their seats in IIT-JEE advance not for the admission purposes. Though, the autonomous institutes of your states along with home-state quota may lend you admission with college level counselling. Recommendations for good private universities are:
LPU, AMITY UNIVERSITY, CHITKARA UNIVERSITY, CU, MANIPAL UNIVERSITY ( best among ), VIT, SRM etc. Best of luck.

    Hi
Actually it is based on your reservation we can say something. If you are belongs to SC or ST you may get seat in good college and NIT also but you can get low branches. If you belongs to general category definitely you don't get NIT. And some deemed colleges like SRM Sathyabhama Savitha they may take admission based on your JEE score and they provide you concession regarding fee.
