I got 95.61 in cmat feb 2016 10th-84 12th-87 bcom-63 no work ex. can I get a col ? Should I fill it's application form ?

Yes, you can get into a good college with these scores. I am a student of Doon Business School, Dehradun. I got into the college with 92.3% in CAT. Just do well in the GD PI, and your scores are on the higher side. All the best.

I cant say with 100% surity, but i guess u will be on boundary line as cutoffs for cmat and mat go pretty high
