The cut off is 80-85 percentile for the first round. After that it depends on your performance in forget rounds. -

The initial cutoff is 80-85 percentile for shortlisting then GD and PI process is conducted where the actual assessment takes place.

Would suggest you to apply irrespective of what is said.There is no specific cut off as mentioned by the college,it's usually between 80-85.,so you would have chances.
Even if not in first list,should be in 2nd or so
