I had completed my graduation in 1993 and I am 47 years old. Am I eligible for admission in LL.B?

    Of course yes, you can take admission in LLB Programme, as there is no age limit for pursuing law.

    Yes, there is no such age limit for LL.B. You must have Bachelor degree with min 45%. You need to qualify national level entrance test. You can consider any below mentioned college
    National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata
    The National Law Institute University, Bhopal
    Lovely Professional University, Punjab
    Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar
    Faculty of Law, BHU Varanasi
    National Law University, New Delhi/Cuttack
    National Law University, Jaipur
    Sinhgad Law College, Pune.

    In regards to the upper age limit for LL.B. in Maharashtra, there is a case pending for MHTCET. While the matter is pending, admissions are being provided without considering the age.

    Yes, ma'am. You are eligible for pursuing LLB since a 3 year LLB has no age limits attached to it for admission.

    You can join LL.B. 3 years course and definitely age is not a factor for learning anything you are interested in.

After the TS LAWCET seat allotment list is released, candidates whose names appear in the seat allotment list will have to report to the assigned college for verification of original certificate and tution fee receipt. TGCHE will release the Phase 2 TS LAWCET seat allotment list on September 22, 2025. The TS LAWCET 2025 first seat allotment list was released on August 29, 2025 on the TGCHE official website. The list of Provisionally selected candidates will be prepared College wise and will be placed in the website (Phase-I) on August 29, 2025. The candidates participating in TS LAWCET counselling 2025 will then have to report to their alloted college and get their documents verified and lock their seat by paying the admission fee.

The web-options exercise for admission to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB courses during TS LAWCET counselling will be conducted on August 21, 2025 and August 22, 2025 online on the official TGCHE admission portal. Further, candidates will also be given the option to edit their responses submitted during the web-option exercise on August 23, 2025.

Candidates can access their TG LAWCET admit card through the official website of the TGCHE. Once the admit cards are released, the link to download the hall ticket will be activated and candidates will have to enter their registration number and date of birth to download the same. After downloading, make sure the details mentioned on the admit card are correct and no discrepancy is there.
