I had submitted an admission application at Vanderbilt University but couldn't enroll due to some reason. Can I apply again?

Yes, you can. But you will have to submit a new application. Also, as the application data will be pre-populated, you will be able to mark any changes or updates, if required. It won’t be mandatory for the students to submit their official test scores again if they had done so when they filled out the application earlier.
