I have 3 year gap after 12th and I got 6band(6.5 in Listening ,6 in reading and 5.5 for each writing and speaking) can I apply for Australia
GOT 399 out of 500 in 12th so can I study in Australia with 6 band and what should I do to apply for Australia?

I would suggest you to re attempt IELTS your scores are a bit low. The gap won't be an issue, provided you are able to show proof of the activities you did during that period.
