I have 45ile in Jan. I am nervous for April attempt with such bad result. With just boards preparation, can I aim for 95%ile in JEE April?

If you work with properly then definately you can achieve 95%ile.
Firstly focus on scoring chapters like semiconductor, Modern physics, communication System and many more like that so in short time you can focus on scoring topics so ,you can easily increase your percentile in limited time, Similarly

Focus on difficult topics. Obviously, prepare well for board exams. Prepare well and score good in boards. It will definitely help you in JEE Mains too. Do bit of analysis which topics you are good at and which you are finding difficult. Try to attempt as many mock tests as possible. Wish you a Good
