I have 71 percentile in CAT and 727 in MAT, UG-54%, 12th- 72% & 10th-90%. but I have a two-year drop after my UG can I apply?

    Yes you are eligible to apply. The two year drop does not matter as long as all other qualifications meet, which from all the information you provided are met with eligibility.
