I have 85% in 12th and 82% in 10th. I'm a final year student with 61%. What are the chances in getting in IIM admission in A,B or C?

All IIMs have different criteria for admission. While CAT score is a very important component in the selection process it is not the only thing considered. For the initial shortlist for the Interview apart from CAT score they look at your past academic performance. A consistently good academic record is what they are looking for. Work experience in terms of not just number of months but also the quality is important. Once you get the initial shortlist the interview is the major criteria. In the interview, they try to see if you are a good fit for the program. They try to see your thought process. Many times the answer you have given does not matter but the way you approach the problem matters a lot. They also try to look at you overall personality, if you would be able to work in teams, influence people etc. It is very important, to be honest, and project your true self. Also be aware of the happening around you. Keep reading the newspaper and know about the recent issues. It is not sufficient to read about this also have an opinion about what you think about what happened. Also, have a proper reasoning for your opinions, don't just form biased opinions.

There are chances, if you are a non-engineer with a 99+ percentile. It is much more difficult, if you are an engineer as that would require a very high percentile in order to stand at par with other candidates.

Hello Sagar, The programme that you are talking about is open to executives who have 5 years experience after graduation. As you are still in final year, I am afraid that you are ineligible.
