I have 87% in 10th, 80% in 12h and 58% in BE. Can I get admission in any of the abroad universities if I have a valid score in that?

You are eligible to get admission. You can try for USA universities. But, it would also depend on your TOEFL and GRE scores as well. It also which course you are opting for.
