I have a 6.7 GPA (59%) in my engg in ECE. Will I be eligible to apply for a 60% cutoff if I have a good CAT score and 3 yrs work experience?

Will my work experience help in any way ? I'm planning this 2-3 years ahead. I'm currently working as a data scientist in a reputed Analytics firm. With 3 years experience and a CAT score above 90%ile, will I be eligible to apply ?
