    Hello Chiru, if you are already working in some government organisation then you definitely need to take permission from your department to pursue higher education. In addition professional courses like engineering require physical attendance in the college. If you can attend the college physically along with your job then and then only you can think of doing this course. But then there is one more equally competent and good option available to you. You can complete AMIE certification. This is equivalent to graduation in engineering and is available in the postal correspondence method. For all practical purposes this is taken as gradua
