I have applied for NEET 2019 for first time and have a permanent tattoo on my hand. Am I eligible to apply for NEET?

    Though NEET rules do not mention anything about it explicitly, it CAN lead you into trouble if it a big tattoo. I will suggest you to call the helpline number for NEET and get it confirmed accordingly.
