I have been working as Senior accounatnt in central government for the past 5 years. Am I elegible for executive MBA from top colleges.

I have done engineering in 2009. After that I was unemployed for 4 years, after that I got a job in central government. Been working there as SR accountant since last 5 years. Am I eligible for executive MBA or is it only for those people who are currently holding any executive post.
