Well, you can start your preparation just after completion on +2. Complete your graduation simultaneously. Because after graduation only, you will be eligible for appearing UPSC Exams.
Check previous years questions. See the question pattern. And just start reading from somewhere.

9 years agoI hope that you have planned for a Degree. You can begin serious reading and writing right away. You can do quality reading even without a method and do note- making constantly. Your multi- sided evolution should not stop.
