I have completed 3 years of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Can I pursue B.Tech from abroad. My preference is US. Am I eligible for SAT?

It totally depends on your percentage. After that, you have to give a paper conducted by the foreign university. If you qualify, then you have to fulfill all its criteria for going abroad.
