I have completed class 12th (PCM) with 68%. I want to pursue Diploma in ME from a private college. Can you suggest some good colleges?

It's very nice to know your dream of doing diploma in ME from a private college. But if I may ask, why private? There are very good govt colleges too. Anyway. Unfortunately, you have not mentioned your state. But these days almost all states have online process for admission and you have to follow it. Only if your score is good, you will get college of your desire.
