Percentage is not the matter, what talent or capability you bring out is the thing that matters. After 12th if you qualify the medical or engineering entrance you should go for it otherwise you can do B.Sc with your subject of interest by taking honors, which may help you to specialize in that field

After Science, you can enter any of the educational field, because of the advantage of studying Science. Now, you can choose between various courses like, BCA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, B. Pharmacy, Engineering or B.Tech.
