I have completed my B.Sc in 2018 with 88% but from biology background in +2. Am I eligible to apply M.Sc chemistry with Ph.D?

    Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc. in chemistry if you did B.Sc. . medical or its Honours or B.Sc. . chemistry.
