I have completed my BE with 8 backlogs but with 7.95 CGPA. Will I be able to get into the top US universities with a GRE score of 325?

Yes, there is some hope. Some of my friends are there with lots of backlog and year drops and they have GRE score nearing 300. It depends on your SOP, LOR and GRE marks. -
I am sorry to say that US universities do not accept applications over 2 backlogs.
