I have completed my higher senior secondary in commerce stream. In the two courses, B.Com (H) from DU and BBA from IP university.

You should first identify your interest zones then decide which course you should take up, don't just look for the university or college. BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) is a professional course. BBA offers an in-depth knowledge and skills in the area of business management and entrepreneurship whereas B.Com (Bachelor in Commerce) gives knowledge in general business principles, accounting, finance, law, economy structures etc. In future if you wish to pursue MBA, then BBA will be more preferable although you can take up other courses as well. On the other hand, B.Com opens more number of options after graduation. I would recommend you that go for IP if you want BBA but strictly go for DU in case of B.Com.

B.Com (Hons) degree provides students with a wide range of skills in the area of commerce, accounting and management. It also helps in preparing the students for business enterprises in accounts and finance roles. B.Com (Hons) graduates can do M.Com MBA, CA CS CFA CMA, etc. , to enhance their career growth. B.Com (Hons) graduates of Delhi University are darling of recruiters. They are able to get good jobs in MNCs and consulting firms particularly in banking sectors. BBA programme usually includes general business courses and advanced courses for specific functional areas such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, etc. BBA graduates get entry-level supervisor and junior management positions in various types of industries in different management functions. In order to get a good career growth, a BBA graduate would require an MBA to move up the ladder. BBA from GGSIPU offered by affiliated colleges does not same rand value as B.Com (Hons) from DU. Even their campus placement record is quite poor in comparison to DU graduates. Therefore, you may opt for B.Com (Hons) at DU over BBA at GGSIPU.

Before joining in either Bachelor of Commerce Hons (B.Com (H)) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), just know your interests and skills. As per that, first, know what is Bachelor's of Commerce Hons (B.Com (H)) degree and what is Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Read all available articles regarding it in available educational websites like Shiksha.com and more. Then get a clear-cut clarity regarding what you want to do and as per your skills and interests which degree is best, either Bachelors of Commerce Hons (B.Com (H)) degree or Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree. While knowing about these two degrees, points to be remembered are, what are the placements after the respective programme? What all subjects it is going to cover through the respective programme and what post graduation courses can be pursued? Future value of the respective programme? Toughness level of the respective programme and can you handle that? After satisfying all these criteria, make a decision to join in which course either, Bachelor of Commerce Hons (B.Com (H)) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Now, coming to the university which you want to join is, while pursuing BBA from GGSIPU, the placements are poor when compared to DU. So, it is better to join in B.Com (H) from DU.
