I have done B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University & am doing distance MBA from IMT along with MIS profile job. Can I become an HR Manager?
I want to make my career in HR. Thus, I am working on my skills like advanced excel, VBA macro & communication skills etc.

In HR, you will be able to make a good career. But in HR, you need to have some additional skills like, communication skills and understanding human relation in corporate level.
