I have done IELTS after getting 69.11% in 12th and 89.84% in 10th standard. Is compulsory to pass any entrance exam for admission?

I have done my senior secondary in 2019 with non medical stream. After that I appeared for IELTS and scored 6.5 bands overall There was a problem of lockdown due to covid-19.
