I have done my 12th (PCM) with 65%. Can I change my college to MMMUT in 2nd year after doing 1st year B.Tech from RKGIT, Ghaziabad?

    Yes. It is possible. If it was a deemed university or an autonomous college, it is clear. Else, in case of having an affiliation, both the colleges must be under same university affiliation.
    You must avail a TC from your current college to join the other. You may need to compensate your current college mostly happens if you belong to any of the deemed universities.
    but for that you need to have very good first year pointer(above 9 preferably) without any backlogs. Then, you need to contact your college exam section to know further procedures.
