I have done my polytechnic Diploma from TRR College (approved by AICTE). Can I pursue B.Sc or B.Tech via lateral entry?

Yes, definitely you can. A diploma holder can seek lateral admission directly in second year of engineering. But a word of caution. These days, almost all states have reserved seats only for the students who are domiciles of the state. Hence you need to apply to the dte of tech education of your state for admission.
