I have failed in class 10th. Can I apply for 10+2 from IGNOU? Will I be eligible to pursue B.Com from this university after class 12th?

    You have to firstly pass the Class 10 board examination to do Class 12 from IGNOU or other institutes also. Similary you have to pass Class 12 with Commerce or Science stream to take admission in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
