I have for years experience as HR Executive.I am willing to change my carrier in web designing.My age is 30.please guide.what is the way.

Dear Snehal , as you are changing your career path , unfortunately your past experience will not have major contribution in your new career , being an hr you will understand that better , yes it will help in clearing the aptitude test. If academically you have programming or HTML coding knowledge it will definitely help , rather than that it will be a fresh start. But i have some suggestion, though i'm not sure why you want to change the career path . You can join an animation course which should cover the entire animation pipeline & its terms . I feel such courses should start with minimum of 1 year or 1 year + duration. There after you can try for few interesting position in animation production houses or academies , such as coordinator , counselor, line producer , producer etc . Some of these are leading to very senior position & some are actually very senior position with a very handsome package and growth . Just give a thought .

There is no age limit for joining graphic designing you can start by learning the same from an institute there various available you can choose as per you budget and timing.
