Well in LPU the criteria is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th (with Mathematics, Science and English) or equivalent.
As you have not mentioned the conversion factor of your CGPA, so it is difficult to comment. Otherwise LPU also has a relaxation criteria i.e. 5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defense Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants.

Diploma in computer science engineering eligibility criteria is pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th (with Mathematics, Science and English) or equivalent.
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
(5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defense Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)You have not mentioned the conversion rate.So calculate according to the criteria mentioned above.
