    Dear Raunak,
To my knowledge , the eligibility norms for diploma course is 50% marks in 10th (with Mathematics, Science and English). You need to be sure about the conversion factor, if it is 10, then for sure you are eligible.
There are some relaxations as well:
1.(5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)
    2. (10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (i.e. A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), Subject to verification from Selection committee* of the University)

    Best of luck.
