Engineering colleges are giving admission on the basis of only PCM percentage they are not caring about your total percentage. And, 46% is very less. In most of Universities the minimum criteria for admission in Engineering is 50% in PCM in class 12th. There is another option for you to do Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic), which is quite similar to Graduation in Engineering ( B.Tech or BE ). I don't think that you will get any Good engineering college by this marks Please reconsider the engineering option. BBA/ BMM/ LAW/ BA Economics/ BA English, Hotel management and many more. There are so many courses, that if you do well in you

Yes, The delhi technological University criteria for B.Tech include a minimum 60% in 12th.You meet that condition. But if you are looking for a admission in high competitive branches like CSE and IT, this score can't be always be promising.DTU admits students based mainly on JEE MAIN score.
