I have got 71 marks JEE Mains and 80% in boards. Should I take admission in Galgotia College or take coaching for IIT?

That totally depends on your career aspiration, if IIT is your aim take a drop and prepare again and if you dont want to drop go for Galgotias , both the options have its own pros and cons
