I have got a rank of 19014 in KIIT. Should I attend the counselling of KIIT? Can I get civil engineering with this rank?

    Yes, you can get civil engineering with your rank but it is totally up to you if want to join KIIT.
    The placements of KIIT are good so you should consider joining KIIT.
