In programming, you need great analytical skills as well as good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, and as you mentioned that you are not very good in Maths, so it is not needed to be good in Maths to become a programmer.

To become a successful programmer, one needs to know about algorithms, data structure and mathematics. In mathematics you should know the topics like linear algebra, set theories, discrete math, number theory and some calculus. You don't need to be scholar in maths but basic concepts and problem solving skills is must.

Take CSE. You have 2 years i.e, you will have Maths subject for 2 years in engineering course. And, you can also continue programming at the same time.
