I have opted for B.Sc. Physics, maths and electronics but I am not very good at maths, nervous what to do?

Never hesitate to tell your teachers about this insecurity of yours with maths. They can guide you with the books which might be easy-going for you as a beginner and the topics that you'd require to master. Physics is a feeling that you can express using mathematics only.
You can understand SHM, but how would you find the parameters like displacement, velocity and acceleration without a differential equation that depicts the whole story? How could you talk about the eigen states and eigen values in quantum mechanics if you have no idea about matrices? Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in.
