I have passed my 12th from science stream. Can you suggest some highly demanded professional courses that I can do?

I scored 53% in 12th and want to do a course in which I can get more practical knowledge instead of theoretical knowledge.

You are advised to study either BCA or BBA based on your interest. If you technically inclined then go for BCA else go for BBA. Both degree are job oriented degree courses.
