I have recently completed class 12th. I have taken admission for B.Sc, but now I am interested to take admission for B.Tech. Can I change?

You need to discontinue B.Sc if you want to pursue B.Tech in IT. You will have to take admission in the 1st year of B.Sc in IT. -

6 years agoYou can't change your course from B.Sc to B.Tech. As both are two different courses, requires different time for completion.
