There are chances that you might get admission.
Please check http://www.du.ac.in/du/index.php?page=cut-off-2017 for last year's cut-off of SRCC and Hindu.

SC cut-offs for SRCC demand a minimum of 93-94% even in the third cut-off list, if they do print one.
It's more likely that you will get into Hindu but even their cut-offs went down to only 87.75% by the eleventh cut-off. So I'd suggest to keep your options open and consider the good colleges in south campus as well.

Maths is not counted instead English is taken in best of 4 to calculate the percentage in B.Com(H) but even if you have SC reservations still chances of getting admission in SRCC or Hindu with this percentage is very less. You can get admission in South campus colleges of Delhi University easily but chances for the North campus is less, rest depends on your luck also. All the best.
