I have score 98% in 12th standard and my JEE Mains rank is 88000. I belong to OC category. Can I get a seat in IIIT- Chittor?

No (as per the last year's statistics). But many seats were left empty last year, so you may try to get a seat if you're lucky enough. -
Hello, hope you are doing well. your rank does not satisfies with IIIT Sricity cut off ranking and marks. Please check the cutoff ( opening and closing rank) for IIIT Sricity here :
General 4288 - 27590.
OBC NCL 6620 - 10867.
SC 3677 - 6911 and ST 567-4350.
Above cutoff does not belongs to your rank hence you will not get this college.
