I have scored 57% in HSC (state board). I got 42 marks in English. I want to pursue MBA in future. Will I face difficulties during placement

Hi Aditya,
If you get good grades in your graduation then there will be no difficulties till you finish your graduation. You will get good knowledge of understanding English and other subjects so don't worry and as you have passion for MBA then try to read English newspapers which will help you in English as grades don't decide your passion.
